Cart Path Limb and Bush Clearance

Driving down the cart path there are a number of lots which have limbs, bushes or other foliage overhanging the cart path and interfering with carts.  The HOA board has discussed and we will institute an area of clearance 8’ wide (12” on each side of cart path) x 7’ tall that will have no limbs, bushes or interferences. This will eliminate items interfering with carts traveling down path and eliminate safety concerns.

We ask that all your items be trimmed that are inside the clearance area stated above ASAP and no later than July 30.  Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.  If you have any questions, please contact the HOA at 3rihoa@gmail.com.
