Opt-Out of Certified Letters

Because of previous restrictions, the HOA has sent notifications for annual meetings, lawn violations, restriction violations, etc. via certified letter in the past.   This process has changed and now allows for email notification in lieu of a certified letter. This will allow the HOA to reallocate the funds previously used to pay for certified letters for use on other crucial projects. The form can also be found on the website by navigating to https://3rihoa.com/documents/ and clicking the Documents link on the navigation bar.
