RENTAL PROPERTY HOMEOWNERS DUES
All rental property (short and long term) will be assessed a $1200/year HOA rental fee exclusive of existing HOA dues. These rental dues will begin January 1, 2026. Trash Dumpsters
The full dumpsters issue have been addressed. Trash Rangers did not pick up on Tuesday due to someone calling in and changing our pick ups from two days a week to one day. It was no one on the board and it appears it may have been someone meaning the other dumpsters in the area….
