Items Left in Pool Area

We are very excited to see our residents and Air B&B guests using the pool, but we need to be mindful of items left behind.

Please do not leave pool items (rafts, floats, toys, etc.) in the pool area when done.  All items should be removed from pool area when you are finished using.  This will help in keeping our pool area looking good.  Also, the floats left in the pool end up against the skimmer and hinders skimmer operation.  This in return causes more vacuuming of leaves that sink. 

HOA has put a lot of effort into upgrading pool area so lets all do our share to keep it beautiful.

    There will be a metal scrap trailer on March 29th in the southwest corner of the parking lot. NO wood, garbage or anything other than metal. Old lawnmowers and appliances are acceptable.
