Opt Out of Certified Letters

Because of previous restrictions, the HOA has sent notifications for annual meetings, lawn violations, restriction violations, etc. via certified letter in the past.   This process has changed and now allows for email notification in lieu of a certified letter. In order to receive an email, please fill out the form below. This will allow the HOA to reallocate the funds previously used to pay for certified letters for use on other crucial projects.
