Current Projects
Bridge Repairs
This is an ongoing project. The bridge is monitored frequently for damaged areas and the repairs are done according to priority. To save money, members of the Island community often assist in these repairs.
Community Pool
The pool has several leaks that have been repaired. There are still a few more that need maintenance. Because of these leaks, maintenance of the pool is more complicated than is typical and the pool may need to be periodically shut down for repairs. The Island employs a pool maintenance company who visits the site weekly to keep the pool in the best shape possible.
Community Workdays
These Island workdays are scheduled twice a year for community members to volunteer their time to perform small maintenance and beautification items around the Island. These are not mandatory, but much appreciated! If you aren’t able to attend, but would like to help, you can donate materials to help with these projects. To find out what is needed, you can email 3rihoa@gmail.com. You can also make monetary donations to help with specific projects. This is not mandatory and any money donated or spent on materials will not go towards annual HOA dues. However, it will be much appreciated! A little bit can go a long way.
