Board Members
The Three Rivers Island Home Owner’s Association consists of 3 to 5 elected board members. Board members are nominated and elected at an annual meeting held on the 3rd Saturday in August. This meeting is typically conducted in person, but board members have the option to conduct the annual board meeting by mail with a 2/3 vote of the standing members. Homeowners have the option to submit votes and nominations via email or mail up to 30 days after the annual meeting. Once the 30 day window has passed, the board members are announced. In addition to 3-5 elected board members, the HOA also consists of several volunteer Ad-Hoc members. These members of our community assist the board as needed with various duties.
