EMAIL IN LIEU OF CERTIFIED LETTER FORM
Three Rivers Island HOA Association August 28, 2024
As per discussion at the Three Rivers Island HOA annual meeting on August 24, 2024 members were informed that sending out certified letters cost the HOA approximately $500 and that at least $100 worth were returned not picked up or we did not have correct addresses. A number of attending residents would rather receive emails in lieu of certified letters. If you would rather receive an email in lieu of a certified letter please fill out info below and email completed form to 3rihoa@gmail.com

I agree to receive emails in lieu of certified letters as stated in the Three Rivers Island first and second filing restrictions, included but not limited to annual meeting notices, lawn violations, restriction violations, etc. All persons wishing to receive emails will need to sign and please include all lot numbers or addresses.
