HOA Dues

By now, everyone should have received their invoice for HOA dues. If you did not receive your invoice, please email 3rihoa@gmail.com. Please remember that the payments are due on January 1st, with a grace period lasing until January 31st. Checks should be written to Three Rivers Island HOA and mailed to 21016 Diversion Canal Rd., St. Amant, La 70774.

These dues are extremely important for our community! They will go to pay for bridge repairs, pool maintenance, garbage pickup and so much more. If left unpaid, late fees will accrue on your account. In addition, a lien could be filed against your property.

Please remember to pay your dues in a timely manner to help our community grow and improve!
